STUDIO B-MAKSIM MEDIA / Maksim Media acquired Studio B
Belgrade, Serbia (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA ) / 19. 08. 2015. / Maksim Media, marketing agency, has acquired radio and TV company Studio B for 530 thousand euros. After the public call announced by the end of June 2015, Maksim Media was the only company to apply in the privatization process of the Belgradian radio-television. The contract will be signed after the regulatory bodies give their approval.

CRNOGORSKI TELEKOM-REPORT / Crnogorski Telekom: revenue decrease, user database increase
Podgorica, Montenegro (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA) / 06. 05. 2015. / According to the announced business and financial results of Crnogorski Telekom, the biggest telecommunications operator in Montenegro has achieved revenue of 22,8 million euro in the first quarter of this year, a decrease by 7 % in comparison to the first quarter of 2014. EBITDA amounted 8 million euro, 17 % less than in the same period last year. The operating profit is reduced by 1,4 million euros, while net revenue is reduced by 1,2 % to 3,6 million euro.

OPTIMA-REPORT / Optima Telekom: EBITDA improvement, revenues decrease

TELEKOM SLOVENIA – REPORT / Telekom Slovenia revenue decrease in the first half-year of 2014
Ljubljana, Slovenia (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA) / 26. 08. 2014. / Financial and business review of Telekom Slovenia has been reported at the end of August 2014, stating that Slovenia's largest telecommunications operator has lost 3 % of revenue, bringing it to 384,9 million euros and a decrease in profit of 2 %, amounting 31 million euros on the Telekom Slovenia Group level. The business profit amounts 34,2 million euros, which is a decrease by 19 %. the results are regarded in comparison to the first half-year of 2013.

VIP-REPORT / Vip Croatia revenue decrease, TV subscribers increase
Zagreb, Croatia (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA) / 13. 08. 2014. / In the first half-year of 2014 Telekom Austria Group's Croatian subsidiary, Vip, has operated with 175,8 million euros revenue, 7,6 % less than in the same period in 2013. OIBTDA has decreased by 26,2 %, amounting 44,9 million euros. The trend in decrease is never the less minor than in the first quarter of 2014. Vip has commented on the results with a combination of regulatory load and the bad economic situation in the country.

VIP-REPORT / Vip's revenue in Macedonia decreases by 13% in the second quarter of 2014
Skopje, Macedonia (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA) / 13. 08. 2014. / Macedonian Vip financial report for second quarter of 2014 show revenue decrease of 13 % compared to the same period in 2013, amounting 14,3 million euros. OIBTDA has decreased by 26 %, in comparison to the last year's result, amounting 2,5 million euros. Vip has explained the decrease as a result of interconnection because of regulation of total prices of traffic termination in mobile networks, which was lowered by 70 % in comparison to the previous year.

HRVATSKI TELEKOM-HAKOM / High Magistrates Court of the Republic of Croatia: Hrvatski Telekom to pay 2 million kunas
Zagreb, Croatia (MEDIA EXPRES ADRIA) / 18. 04. 2014. / The appeal from Hrvatski Telekom and responsible person Siniša Đuranović has not been admitted by the High Magistrates Court of the Republic of Croatia, who confirmed the verdict stating Hrvatski Telekom and Siniša Đuranović have to pay a total of 2 million and 20 thousand kunas for infringement of Law on electronic communications, more precisely infringement of regulatory obligations from article 118th, entry 1 and 2, announced HAKOM (Croatian Electronic Communications and Postal Agency) on April 17th.
